Mesquite Opal Lawrence Historic Park Chapel Concept

Geisler Partners + RLG conducted a preliminary study for the New Hope Chapel at Opal Lawrence Historical Park located in Mesquite, Texas. The study focused on evaluating the feasibility and identifying the associated costs of converting the historic chapel into a functional event center. This included assessing necessary infrastructure upgrades such as utilities, accessibility, and site improvements to support public use while preserving the building’s historic character, as well as evaluating the existing structure for the event center use.
