Geisler Partners Consulting Engineers + RLG is a structural and civil engineering firm, led by Kristina Geisler-Nordholm, PE, SE, CEO. Kristina believes in building solid relationships with the client and the end-users. The end user’s vision as a person ultimately leads to a more prosperous and innovative product.

Geisler Partners + RLG is an engineering firm located in Dallas, Texas, focused on providing civil engineering, structural engineering, and forensic engineering for our clients.
Civil Engineering
We understand the importance of listening to the client to understand their needs and working with the City to get plans approved as efficiently as possible. We work to ensure that the required accessible routes throughout the site are located in a way that makes sense to the client and end user.
Structural Engineering
We approach structural engineering design with the understanding there is a balance between the vision for the building and the efficiency of the structure. We work to understand each area of the project to know where the vision is critical to defining the end-product as a success or when structural efficiency is more valuable. With all of this in mind, we design new buildings, additions, renovations, and site structures.
Forensic Engineering/
Repair & Strengthening
Throughout the life cycle of a building the user groups and intended use can change dramatically. At Geisler Partners Consulting Engineers + RLG we have expertise in a variety of repair and strengthening methods. With that in mind we always work to find the best solution for the Owner to ensure that both performance and cost can be considered.
About the Founder
Kristina Geisler-Nordholm, PE, SE
Throughout her professional career, Kristina Geisler-Nordholm has worked on buildings constructed throughout history. Her experience includes renovation and strengthening of historic buildings dating back to the early 1900s, repairs of buildings under construction, and design of new buildings. She is particularly attentive to the demands of functionality during and after construction, project phasing, and cost efficiency. She is an exceptional problem solver that recognizes when unique structural solutions benefit the overall project.Kristina possesses a solid interest in the challenges of existing buildings that need Repair and Strengthening and Structural Modifications (both large and small), including Historic Renovations.
RLG is a multi-disciplinary firm specializing in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Surveying, and Forensics. We bring complex projects to life through innovative, client-focused solutions.
